Our vigorous Vinyasa-Hatha style practice flows through a challenging sequence of yoga shapes designed to sculpt the body and calm the mind. Designed by a team of restorative yoga and energy healing experts, our Rest Yoga offers a pioneering sequence of gentle movements, guided meditation and series of rest shapes supported by blocks, blankets or bolsters. This practice will deeply rejuvenate your whole body. – 55 minutes.
Our semi-private Pilates Equipment classes move from one apparatus to the next in a comprehensive routine of energizing exercises on various combinations of Pilates reformer and chair, foam rollers and more! – 55 minutes, *3 students max.
AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga
Gain strength in your yoga practice as you challenge yourself to stretch further and attempt more difficult positions with the assistance of the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. Explore levitating meditation, flying asanas and vinyasa variations! – 55-70 minutes.
AntiGravity® AIRbarre is a fitness technique that transfers dance conditioning and exercises at the ballet barre to the AntiGravity® Hammock. Develop strength, length and grace while realigning the whole body. Ideal for all fitness levels who want to look, feel and move like a dancer! – 55 minutes.
AntiGravity® Decompression Session
AntiGravity® Decompression Session is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether it’s your first time flying with us or you’re an experienced flyer, the sequence of this AntiGravity class will decompress the mind and body, and align from head to toe. – 55 minutes.
AntiGravity® Flying Fitness
Elevate your workout, burn calories and raise your mood in AntiGravity® Flying Fitness! Utilizing the AntiGravity® Hammock, this class builds strength and agility with advanced inversions and new flips and tricks! We recommend taking at least 2 AntiGravity® Fundamentals classes. – 55-70 minutes.
FUNdamentals is an introductory AntiGravity® class most suitable for new students and “easy riders,” but open to all. One will become familiar with the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions and flying, while building knowledge of foundational movements essential to progression in the practice. The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! – 55 minutes.
Perform Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac,and Ladder Barrel – all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock! Pilates reaches new heights in the AntiGravity® Hammock by adding AntiGravity’s Zero-Compression Inversions. – 55-70 minutes
AntiGravity® Restorative is the gentle, deep stretching, healing side of AntiGravity® Fitness. Quieting the mind, while floating the body through a series of gentle gyro kinetic motions, this technique deeply opens the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. – 70 minutes.
Minimum Age Policy
Students must be 18 years of age or older in order to participate in an AntiGravity® class. Students under 18 years of age are required to take minimum one private session to assess whether they can participate in a group class. Students must be 15 years of age or older to participate in all other classes held at ANYA, with parental consent.
