SEMI PRIVATE TONE CLASSES
Our Semi Private Tone Classes offer a multi-sensory playground for Mind+Body fitness. Flow from one station to the next and get swept away in the art (& science) of movement. Enjoy a comprehensive routine of energizing exercises on various combinations of Pilates equipment, Support Wall, Rebounders, Foam Rollers and more!  –60 minutes, 3 students max

ANYA *
Our vigorous vinyasa-style yoga practice focuses on areas of interest in the body that we call “marker points.” Each shape (asana) connects to the next shape creating an experiential map for alignment.  Awareness of moving through the marker points offers a contemplative journey of the Soul. Beginning at the hands, followed by the feet, legs, hips, ribs, shoulders, etc., Anya seamlessly calls attention to the many aspects that create wholeness from all directions. In this practice we observe the conversation between our Mind and Body and get in touch with what moves us.   – 60-75 min “Most like a Vinyasa Yoga class”

60 exercises in 60 minutes, a dynamic meditation-style boot camp! An intense and vigorous succession of alignment exercises geared to challenge and shape the connection between mind and body. REST *
R.estoring E.quilibrium S.trengthens T.raining by opening pathways for relaxation, deep breathing and guided visualization. Replenish your whole system through a gentle warm up followed by a series of yoga poses held in supported positions. Rest class offers lots of facilitated stretching, personalized attention and opportunities for self-healing.  –60 min, 6 students max

This innovative class features a series of centering techniques in a fluid sequence of invigorating exercises. Explore the power of mindfulness and listen to the rhythm of your breath in a gentle (but fierce) combination of standing and floor work.  This challenging arrangement of total body moves followed by a guided meditation will add a new level of depth and focus to your Mind+Body connection!  –60 min “Most like Tai Chi meets a Functional Fitness class”

Discover the essence of inexhaustible grace through sacred play and cosmic dance! Lila (pronounced as “Leela”) Illuminates pathways to Intuition with free-flowing choreography, awareness drills, and HOT self-care techniques. Delight in a high energy routine of rhythmical moves (influenced by Modern Dance, Vinyasa Yoga and Tai Chi) followed by Thai-Massage inspired stretches.  – 60 min “Most like the softest, hardcore workout you’ll ever love! A contemplative dance class with lots of (thai-massage inspired) self-care techniques.”
