ANYA Intro Package

Whether it’s Aerial Yoga or The ANYA Method, our introductory package of three private sessions will help you master the basics and set the foundation for your practice. Each session you’ll learn techniques for modifying your movement, increasing body awareness and deepening your core strength. Feel for yourself how our exclusive approach to meditation sculpts, stretches and tones your muscles, enhances physical and mental relaxation and alleviates pain.  – 55 minutes per session

AntiGravity® Fundamentals Class

FUNdamentals is an introductory AntiGravity® class most suitable for new students and “easy riders,” but open to all. One will become familiar with the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions and flying, while building knowledge of foundational movements essential to progression in the practice. The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! – 55 minutes


How to Prepare for your First Class at ANYA

Arrive Early. Come 15 minutes prior to class to fill out your paperwork, meet your teacher and become accustomed to the space before your class starts.

Dress Comfortably. Choose activewear designed for movement and comfort. For Aerial Yoga classes in particular, we suggest wearing a shirt with sleeves to prevent any discomfort under the arms. Jewelry will not be permitted while using the Aerial Yoga Hammocks. 

Mat Rentals

You may rent a mat for $2 per class, or you are welcome to bring your own. Clients with Unlimited Memberships and Packages will receive free mat rentals.

*Mats are only required for AntiGravity® Restorative, AntiGravity® Pilates, and Strength Yoga.
