AntiGravity® Teacher, ANYA Teacher
Growing up in Pennsylvania I fell in love with dance at a young age. To cultivate my thirst for expressive movement I attended and graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in dance and anthropology.
After moving to NYC, I stumbled upon ANYA and felt as if I had found a home. I love the ANYA Method’s zoom in/ zoom out approach to the body. Finding and plotting individual points in the system, getting to know them, and then seeing how they interact within the whole body; in movement, stillness, and everywhere in between.
I am 500 hour RYT Certified through ANYA and I teach Yoga , MODS, Pilates Equipment, and Private Sculpting Sessions.
I draw inspiration from Amelia Earhart’s quote on live and trying new experiences, “The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.”
