Movement has always been my main form of expression. I fell in love with the way so much could be said with the smallest gesture. I turned this love into a career path by receiving my BFA in Dance at The Hartt School/The University of Hartford and performing as a freelance dancer and choreographer in NYC. Eventually, I felt the need to expand my perspective of movement. It had shifted to be not only a form of expression but also a means of healing my body and mind. I found ANYA’s attention to detail and focus on the cultivation of body awareness very appealing and quickly found a home here. I received my 500 Hour RYT Yoga Certification through ANYA and teach Strength Yoga, as well as, ANYA Pilates Equipment.
