  1. Atmatype: A hybrid word combining “Atma”—Hindu for individual soul—with “archetypes”—Jungian psychology for aspects of the subconscious personality. Each Atmatype possesses main themes that “affect alchemy,” or actualize potential growth within that character sketch.
  2. Anatomical Assessment: The posture project, or featured part of the mind-body-spirit organism codified independently per Faculty. Focus begins with the infrastructural framework ascending from the feet to the crown of the head, down the spine in to the organs, spiraling in to the intrinsic musculature and out to the energy body and beyond. Each Anatomical Assessment is visualized by a model of points and represented by a main marker point(s).
  3. Unit: The chapter lesson in the “textbook” of intuitive training—highlighting the necessary tools for efficient Atmatype maturation. Each Unit designs application strategies for synchronizing our intention in experientially congruent terms with our beliefs. Also known as “qualia,” or the inquiry of truth that explores the living pulse of our existence in all realms both sacred and mundane.
  4. Unconscious Utilities: A compendium of nuanced techniques for the cultivation of connection between the conscious and the unconscious—inner and outer efficacy—of the mind+body system. There are three techniques per unit that set atmatype-specific change into motion.
  5. Movement: A series of exercises organized in modules designed for the practice of mind+body awareness and connection. Each movement module highlights the Faculty Unit and Unconscious Utilities. Exercises range from 3-5-8 exercises per module. Modules can be done in seamless succession: F1-12 as “Anya techniques” or F13-19 as “Anya flow,” as well as practiced individually or in self-selected sequences.
  6. Meditation: A dynamic or static intention for creating a quiet pause in mental activity via the use of guided visualization (yantra), sacred repetition (mantra) and/or specific configurations of the hands (mudra). Meditation duration corresponds with the Faculty #. In Faculty 1, for example, meditation is for one minute, and in Faculty 2, two minutes, etc. Meditation is done in a seated upright position with a mental focus on the faculty yantra, mantra and mudra. By Faculty 18, “the teacher” will combine the yantras from Faculties 1-17 to create the Anya mandala.
  7. Musings: Guiding wisdom for the change process presented in each Faculty helps to inspire “daily self care.” “Daily doses of discretion” are presented as mindful morsels for decision-making moxie—pointers to truth organized as acronyms and slogans called “self sutranyms” and a “care counsel” of mentors who through works of art and deeds have inspired the specific change needed within each Faculty.
