Class Descriptions
Semi Private Pilates Circuit Classes
–55 minutes, 3 students max
1. Reformer
The gliding carriage design of the Pilates Reformer creates a fluid and dynamic experience, providing tactile feedback and creating a frame for movement. When we find the connections we can make the changes – -and the magic begins!
2. Wunda Chair
The Wunda Chair engenders spatial awareness to enhance postural alignment and left/right symmetry. The spring-loaded pedals, vertical handles and padded seat provide access to a vast range of core experiences that test our balance and strength. A practical training environment for functional strength!
3. Support Wall
The Support Wall functions like Thai bodywork—helping to position and hold us in various stretches so that tension melts away and the real toning can take form. Three different balance-bar heights per workstation act as a fixed foundation to support our exploration in movement and increase our range of motion. Getting in shapes — feels so good!
*4. Ballet Barre (additional station for rotation on the circuit)

Anya Signature Classes
Anya
Our signature progressive and vibrant vinyasa-style yoga practice with a focus on highlighted features we call “marker points” or areas of interest. Each asana holds a map (or mindful action plan) for alignment and awareness. Anya class offers a clear window into the AUM curriculum by linking anatomical assessments in a systematic practice of invigorating postures. Beginning at the hands, followed by the feet, legs, hips, etc., Anya seamlessly calls attention to the many aspects at work and play within any given shape. In paying attention to the individual marker points, we are able to observe the dialogue in our bodies of how these parts relate to one another, recognizing the law of magnetism at play in ourselves.

Music is a compilation of kirtan chants and top 40 hits that inspire synchronized breathing. Over 50 exercises ranging from classically inspired ballet footwork, to modern dance warm-ups, to traditional asana, to fusion-based moves drawing from qi gong and Thai bodywork. Whether you are a professional dancer or have two left feet, Flow class allows you to feel a spirit of grace—even as your thighs, butt and abs are screaming for mercy!
